FAQs

  • While there are no state requirements for certification or licensing of home inspectors in Minnesota, I have taken it upon myself to pursue ongoing education and certification from various organizations. These include the Midwest Association of Home Inspectors and the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. In addition, I am proud to have achieved the qualifications of Master Inspector with the International Association of Home Inspectors.

Before establishing Midwest Home Inspect, LLC, I gained valuable experience in construction and home remodeling. I also had the opportunity to learn from the President and Vice President of the Midwest Association of Home Inspectors, who provided mentorship as I conducted hundreds of inspections under their guidance. Over the course of my career, I have performed thousands of home inspections, and I am gratified to maintain a 5-star rating on Google, with over 150 positive reviews.

We provide you with a video and written report identifying defects, areas of concern, and recommendations moving forward.
